As a general rule, Issa Properties apartment and house leases run from August 27 to August 20. Every year the week from August 20 to the 27 allows Issa Properties to effectively clean and repair apartments before the next tenant moves in. If a lease is being renewed the apartment does not have to be vacated. May to May leases, or 8 month leases are often available, although 8 month leases are available at a cost of 25% more a month than a 12 month lease.
